
Members of the public can submit an objection to the the Discharge of Conditions application online. This can be done via Buckinghamshire Council’s new Public Access website or via email. There is a also a How To Object Document and a Suggested List of Objections document

Email your comments to devcontrol.av@buckinghamshire.gov.uk
Please include the planning application reference (PL/25/5939/CONDA) in the subject line.
Using public Access
Note that many people prefer to type out and save their comments in an application such as Microsoft Word before submitting them.

To comment if you have already registered for a new Public Access account:
- Click on the Submit comment on PL/25/5939/CONDA link (above)
- Click Log in and make a comment
- Your name, email and address will already be filled in
- Under Commenter type select as appropriate e.g. Neighbour, Resident or Member of Public
- Next to Stance select Object
- In the Your comment section, type in your objection (up to 6000 characters). You may like to write out your objection in Microsoft Word first and simply copy and paste the text into the box)
- Click Submit
To comment if you have not registered for a new Public Access account:
- Click on the Submit comment on PL/25/5939/CONDA link (above)
- Click Register Here and enter your details. Make a note of your chosen password
- Once your account is created, follow instructions 1 to 7 above
