Villagers will be throwing open their gardens on the afternoon of Sunday 10th July. There will be around a dozen beautiful gardens of all sizes to visit. Some with extra activities such as a children’s trail, and others sharing the history of their house and garden.
Maids Moreton Hall will be taking part and Pat Hardcastle will be on hand to talk about the beautiful trees within their grounds.
The Maids Moreton allotments will also be taking part, where you’ll see a wide a variety of fruit and veg growing and even be able get some great advice!
There will be refreshments available at the Village Hall, a plant stall and Greystone Candles will be showcasing their products at this event.
The start point is at the Village Hall where you can collect your map. £3 entry fee per adult, children free. Please bring cash. The organisers have kindly agreed that all proceeds will be donated to Pat Hardcastle’s £20 Campaign.
Please Note: Access can be limited in some areas. Some gardens have ponds, steep steps and uneven surfaces so please take care especially with young children. We would prefer no dogs to be brought into the gardens.
